If it’s been a while since you had an interview, the thought of interviews makes you break out in a sweat, or you are finding you aren’t getting an offer following interview, a 90-minute coaching session on interview skills is one of the best career investments you’ll ever make.
During your session we will cover more than you can possibly imagine - everything from crafting impactful answers to the most commonly asked questions, how to build a rapport with the interviewers, managing your emotions, damage control if you derail during the interview, questions you can ask to establish if the opportunity is a good fit for you, anything I believe could be a red flag for an employer and how to counter them, and so much more.

Most people don’t go into their performance reviews armed and ready to make the case for an often-overdue pay rise or have a discussion about promotion opportunities.
If you want your performance review to be anything more than a tick box exercise and big disappointment, you must, MUST prep well ahead of time and step into that meeting with clarity around what you are asking for and why you should get it. Being well prepared makes all the difference between getting a pay-rise so small you’d miss it if you blinked and something that will actually make a difference to your bank balance.

I have written many CVs for clients seeking Board appointments, and have myself held Board appointments, so I know what it takes to stand out.
A Board CV needs to showcase your strengths in governance and strategy, the value you’re going to add in the boardroom, and why you will be able to help the organisation meet its most pressing challenges, solve a particular problem or help support the business in achieving its strategic goals. It should be shorter and more precise than a Jobhunter CV and highlight industry knowledge, broad experience in strategy development, and/or experience in specialist areas.
